Happy Friday faithful readers! The yard sale was a smashing success! Despite the little hitch in our giddyup otherwise known as RAIN on Friday, we still had a lot of fun, met many new friends, and reconnected with some old friends as well!
Thanks to Linda for buying 2 more lovely gold ladies to add to her collection... thank you to all the people who stopped by to buy, or just to say hello! Special thanks to Ethel and Jan for helping put everything out and pack everything up for 2 days, and Karen and Brianna for your help on Saturday!! We sold the Vito saxophone... and still have many wonderful instruments, furniture, and back to school supplies to be had!
I also want to let you know that my new young entrepreneurial friend Ruby may be having a little sale on the lawn today, selling her costume jewelry! I will keep you updated as the day progresses, faithful readers... if she is out there, you should stop by and say hello!
And... I may be having another sale in September, before Ethel heads back to Florida... so stay tuned!
